Enough is Enough

There are three stages in becoming fit. The first is to stop getting worse. As soon
as you stop getting worse, applaud yourself. If you stop putting on weight, that's
a victory, even though you may still be overweight. If you stop yourself from losing
any further muscle mass and strength, that's a victory. Most people never recognize
that. Stage one of "Good enough is good enough" could be that you're 40 pounds overweight
and you stop gaining more – that's fantastic!
